1. Delay in Delivery:
If you order is not delivered on time it only be possible if we are facing any weather condition problems, any incorrect address given or any act of terror and in this case the order will not be refundable or replaced we will send you an apology.
2. Delivery Time:
We always try to deliver your order at the best time and if there is any delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances; we will deliver it at the next available date or time after the issue resolved.
3. Correct Address:
The physical deliveries address and contact details provided by me are correct and I have not left out any information that will delay the delivery. I confirm that the delivery is not to an APO or a PO Box Address.
4. Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from Flowersnext.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to me upon our delivery to the carrier/network florist.
5. Substitution of Product:
Due to the regular change of floral products, gifts and food items, sometimes, the delivering outlet may substitute flowers, container or accessories, without notice to us, due to non-availability. This is acceptable to me and I will not deny payment to Flowersnext.com on account of such substitution. Substitutions are applicable for all products found on the website. Substitution will be made in equal value and can be any type like color, size, shape, kind and material.
6. Accuracy of Timing:
My order will be delivered anytime between 9am to 7pm. I agree that the time of delivery (AM/PM) on the requested delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
7. Delivery Information:
I agree that the delivery confirmation will be emailed to me within 2 business days after the requested delivery date.
8. Complaint:
I agree that any complaint pertaining to the order or service will be reported within 7 days from the requested delivery date.
9. Payment:
Delivery of my order is subject to approval & confirmation of my credit card. In case I fail to pay for a delivery duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to me. Further any attempted & failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.
10. Typographical Errors:
In the event that a Flowersnext.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Flowersnext.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Flowersnext.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Flowersnext.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
