Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policies



Refund and Replacement Policies

We will give full refund or replacement to the customer who placed the order if:

  • On the basis of quality the receiver rejects to receive the order and return the order promptly AND
  • The customer who placed the order just sends an email to us and explains why his/her recipient rejects the order with the proof within 5 days.

As you know flowers are very delicate so the quality issues will also subject to servicing and managing of flowers soon after the recipient sign POD and admit the order.

We always select the best and fresh flowers as it is difficult to store fresh flowers for long so sometimes any flower arrangement may be short. In this case we substitute that flower/flowers with the other one but our florists make sure that the entire look and feel of the flower bouquet do not disturbed. Care is always taken and always select and best alternative option. As well as, all these substitutions always informed by us to the sender via email. Any objection to the substitution should be emailed to us before the delivery of order and before the order is going into the designing phase.

In situation if the receiver is not available at the given address as well as no place where our florist can keep an order such as next door neighbor, front side table, etc. so, no reimbursement or alternative will be offered. We however try our best to get in touch with and connect the receiver to deliver the order.

No reimbursement will be provided if delay in delivery due to these reasons: act of horror, public attacker, shoots, flooding, outbreaks, isolate limitations, hits and other commercial conflicts and curiously tornados, bad weather, extreme earthquakes or volcanic breakouts, change of policies by Central/State Government regulators, local public regulators, interruptions due to political/industrial agitations.

Cancellation Policies

Any customer/sender can cancel his/her order, if:

  • The customer/sender requested before his/her order going into the designing and delivering stage.

It is not possible for us to cancel any order if:

  • The customer/sender requested after his/her order has been arranged and shipped by Flowersnext's florist's team.
