• Q: How are the flowers packaged?
  
  Our florist delivers flowers gladly and gracefully. It will reach your destination brilliantly presented in wrap over with beautiful ribbon.

• Q: Do the flowers come in a vase?
  
  Few of our flowers arrangements already with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we present a range of suitable vases in the add-on panel of the product details page to add to your.

• Q: Why products offered in 3 Sizes?
  
  These 3 sizes standard, medium and large are display for customer budget. The medium one is shown in picture displayed.

• Q: What are Finishing Touches?
  
  Most of our florist has the collection of adding extra to your order. We have a wide range of fine chocolates, teddy bears and balloons that accolade our bouquets. A glass vase can be added with your purchase too and the recipient can put their flowers in a vase once they received.

Ordering

• Q: How far in advance should I order flowers?
  
  For normal days, 3 days before of delivery date is well enough. For holidays several days or even a week before is the in safe hands.

• Q: How Can I order from your website?
  

  It's as simple and quick. Firstly you’ve to select the country to order. Once you there, you've chosen a product, just click the 'Buy now' button next to the bouquet to be taken to our product details page.

  At product details, you have to select your desire delivery date and you may choose the size of bouquet and click Add to Cart button to proceed to simple checkout process.

  At next you will see the product you order, here you have click proceed to checkout button

  During checkout, you'll be asked to give the recipient name and address and your own invoicing address as well.

• Q: Can I order by telephone?
  
  At present we don’t offer a phone service. If you need assist in ordering please use our contact us link placed at the button of every page. Our customer service team will normally get back to you soon.

• Q: How much are shipping/delivery charges?
  
  Delivery charges are different for each country will show in product detail page. In some countries we offer free delivery as well.

• Q: Can I send my order anonymously?
  
  Yes, in most of the circumstances we can deliver your order anonymously, except rare cases like delivery in military region or in embassies etc where we need proper sender identification. Once we accept you order we rest assure not to disclose your true identity to anyone at all. All the information provided by the sender will reserved anonymous.

  If you have a discount voucher to redeem, select the product you’d like to order, here on product details page you will enter your voucher code of the order process, in the space provided.

  In case you don’t have recipient complete address, you will have to provide at correct phone #. Our florist will call the recipient first and will get the address from receipent and then your order will be deliver.

• Q: How Can I amend my order?
  
  If you want to amend in your order, simply contact us and write an email what you like to change in your order with your tracking #. We can only amend you order if received your email 48 hours before dispatch. After that we can't guarantee the amendment.

• Q: Can I modify the gift message?
  
  Yes, you can modify your gift message as long as you inform us at least 48 hours before send out. After that time, we cannot promise to make the modification.

• Q: Why there are three different currency is showing and in which currency I will be charged?
  
  The base currency is USD and you will charge on USD price. You can also change the base currency USD to any other at the time of payment. The other two currencies are for your help to estimate the approximate price. I.e If you are living in Germany and you are at our Japan flowers page for sending flowers in Tokyo. Then other two currencies will be EURO (EUR) your local currency of Germany and Japanese Yen (JPY) as you are in our Japan flower delivery page.

• Q: How will I know my order has been successful?
  
  The last stage of the order process is order payment confirmation. If your order has been completed you will redirect to our thank you page also you will receive two emails one from our payment system and other from flowersnext.com .

• Q: Can I pay for my order on delivery?
  
  We apologies, that we are not accepting payment on delivery. All orders must be paid before to ship.

• Q: Why has my payment failed?
  
  There are number of reasons which many cause your payment declined. The most general reasons are bank has refuses the card, the security code not valid, or the card may exceeded the limit. Might be, a credit/debit card may not work on some e-commerce websites. We are sorry but this is out of our control.
