These 3 sizes standard, medium and large are display for customer budget. The medium one is shown in picture displayed.

Most of our florist has the collection of adding extra to your order. We have a wide range of fine chocolates, teddy bears and balloons that accolade our bouquets. A glass vase can be added with your purchase too and the recipient can put their flowers in a vase once they received.

Ordering


At present we dont offer a phone service. If you need assist in ordering please use our contact us link placed at the button of every page. Our customer service team will normally get back to you soon.

If you have a discount voucher to redeem, select the product you?d like to order, here on product details page you will enter your voucher code of the order process, in the space provided.

In case you don?t have recipient complete address, you will have to provide at correct phone #. Our florist will call the recipient first and will get the address from receipent and then your order will be deliver.

Delivery charges are different for each country will show in product detail page. In some countries we offer free delivery as well.

Yes, in most of the circumstances we can deliver your order anonymously, except rare cases like delivery in military region or in embassies etc where we need proper sender identification. Once we accept you order we rest assure not to disclose your true identity to anyone at all. All the information provided by the sender will reserved anonymous.

If you want to amend in your order, simply contact us and write an email what you like to change in your order with your tracking # . We can only amend you order if received your email 48 hours before dispatch. After that we cant guarantee the amendment.

Yes, you can modify your gift message as long as you inform us at least 48 hours before send out. After that time, we cannot promise to make the modification.

You will receive an order delivery confirmation once the order is delivered .

For normal days, 3 days before of delivery date is well enough. For holidays several days or even a week before is the in safe hands.

We apologies, that we are not accepting payment on delivery. All orders must be paid before to ship.
